•  Complies with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Law on Personal Data Protection;
•  The minimum data required to carry out the activity is processed;
•  The necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to protect personal data;
•  Unless otherwise required by law, the consent of the data processing facilities is taken;
•  Data processors are trained to comply with the measures required to safeguard personal data, including clean desk and clean screen rules;
•  Fill in the Internal register of the personal data processing activity and all necessary declarations related to the protection of personal data;
•  In the event of a breakthrough in the protection of personal data, the persons whose data have been disclosed and the Personal Data Protection Commission shall be notified.
