Baggage Vision System: extraction of flight-related data from the scanned images of a baggage and provision of the extracted data to high-level airport systems, in order to support the automated handling (transport, storage) of a baggage within an airport.

Cloud-enabled architecture with micro-services (primarily written in Java) in docker containers, orchestrated on an in-premise hardware. The architecture utilizes open-source software: Rancher, Docker, Cassandra, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Angular, Prometheus / Grafana.

Non-Conveyable Detection for Baggage Items: detection of baggage items that cannot by conveyed on the transport system of an airport. The criteria for conveyable includes physical dimensions and shape and is implemented using a trained neural model.
